Delivery and Service Terms

HMS Spa is a cloud-based software service; no physical products are sold and no shipping takes place. How the service is delivered is explained below.

1. Delivery of the service

Once payment is confirmed, an account is created for your business and the login details are sent to the e-mail address you provided at sign-up. You access the service at https://app.hmsspa.com — no server, installation or additional software is required.

2. Delivery time

Your account is activated within one (1) business day at the latest after payment confirmation; in practice this usually takes a few hours. You are informed in case of delay, and payment is refunded for accounts that cannot be activated within a reasonable time.

3. Setup and data migration

  • Service lists, staff and branch definitions are configured together with our team during onboarding.
  • Migrating customers and open package balances from Excel or another program is free on all plans.
  • On-site setup and team training are included in the Enterprise plan.
  • No additional fee is charged for setup or data migration.

4. System requirements

A current web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and an internet connection are all you need. The dashboard works the same way on computers, tablets and phones. A compatible printer can be used for tabs and receipts, and a barcode scanner for product sales.

5. Service continuity and maintenance

The service is available 24/7. Planned maintenance is carried out during the hours of lowest usage and announced in advance. Our team responds as quickly as possible to unexpected interruptions, and your data is backed up daily.

6. Support

Support requests are handled on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00. The Starter plan includes e-mail support, Professional adds priority phone support, and Enterprise provides a contractual SLA and a dedicated account manager. You can always reach us at [email protected].
